Complete lift tracking,
kept simple.
Sets, supersets, programs, records and history are included.
Strength Almanac is a strength-training tracker, built science first: simple enough for a first-week lifter, complete enough for a ten-year lifter. For lifters who log every set. Weekly volume, the heat map and the strength trend read those sets back to you.
Log every set.
Then use what you logged.
One week to the next, the change is often too small to feel. Your log is where it shows. Your sets add up to a read on your work, your muscles and your lifts. Use it to see where to push and what to do next.
Log it. Beat it. Bank the PR.
The whole reason you track: do a little more than last time, and let the app catch the moment you did. Three taps, every set.
Log it simply, read it clearly
Logging is quick, and the analytics are built from the sets you record.
Weekly volume
Your total work for each week, added up from the sets you log.

The complete tracker. $1/mo.
Log every set, then use your own numbers to see where to push. All core tracking is included at $1/mo: sets, programs, records, measurements and history. Weekly volume, a muscle heat map and a strength trend help you read them. Higher tiers add extras on top.
The complete tracker. Log every set. Then see your weekly volume, which muscles you have trained and how much, and where your lifts are heading. Supersets, RIR and RPE, a plate calculator and your full workout history are in too.
Adds being coached, community publishing, per-exercise rest timers and achievements.
Keeps the $5/mo extras. Adds Training Intelligence and coaching for up to 3 lifters. Each lifter you coach needs a $5/mo or $10/mo plan, or the yearly plan of either.
Prices open when Strength Almanac reaches the App Store — nothing is charged during the TestFlight beta.
Yearly plans are charged once a year and renew every year until you cancel.
The pledge: core tracking never moves to a higher tier. Higher tiers only add.
Questions
What do higher tiers add?
At $5/mo you add being coached, publishing workouts to the community, per-exercise rest timers and achievements. At $10/mo you keep all of those and add Training Intelligence and coaching for up to 3 lifters. Each lifter you coach needs a $5/mo or $10/mo plan, or the yearly plan of either.
Does it work without a signal?
Not yet. You need a connection to save a set - on a weak signal it usually still gets through, because each set is sent the moment the connection allows, but with no signal at all a set can fail to save and it is not held to send later. If you train somewhere with no reception, note your sets and enter them afterwards. Offline logging with automatic sync is built and in testing, and it is not switched on in the shipping app. We would rather tell you that here than let you find out at the rack.
Is it really $1/mo?
Yes. $1/mo includes sets, programs, records, measurements and history. It also includes weekly volume, a muscle heat map and a strength trend, supersets, RIR and RPE, and a plate calculator. A year is $10/yr.
